Terms of Service

Effective 7 September 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you (the business or person using the Service) and Lira AI LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Lira (the “Service”) you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. The Service

Lira lets a business connect its WhatsApp number, manage customer conversations in a shared inbox, and use AI to reply to customers, take bookings and orders, and hand conversations to staff. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including that of team members you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use WhatsApp only in line with the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and any other Meta terms that apply to your account.
  • Do not send unsolicited or bulk messages, and message only customers who have agreed to hear from you.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or use the Service to discriminate, harass or deceive.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers’ data.

5. Your data and your customers

You own the data you and your customers put into the Service. You are responsible for collecting it lawfully, for obtaining any consent your customers must give, and for the accuracy of AI-assisted replies you enable. Lira AI LLC processes that data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next billing period.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third parties, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, whose outages or policy changes are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Lira AI LLC owns the Service, its software and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while these terms are in force.

9. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law or by Meta, or if the Service is discontinued with reasonable notice. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it in line with the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lira AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to Lira AI LLC, United Arab Emirates.
